Stacey was keen to get on track after battling with her suspension setup in testing a couple of weeks prior. Chief mechanic Robert Hill worked closely with Stacey which saw the bike transform into a riders dream !

An unfortunate twist of fate would see her out in first qualifying. A very important lesson learnt the hard way. The slippery combination of cold / new tyres saw Stacey highside into turn two (Southern Loop). Whilst Stacey walked away unscathed. It was a different story for her bike. Efforts to get back on track were shattered on close inspection of the bike.

Chief Mechanic Robert Hill said "That's racing, we'll have the bike ready to go for the lead up to the VIC Series Round 1: 2nd May at Phillip Island!"

With extra time on her side, Stacey turned her efforts to her many fans.
