HART Heads To Broadford

Victorian-based riders wishing to fine tune their riding skills may be interested to hear that Honda Australia Rider Training (HART) will be holding a number of advanced riding courses at the Broadford race circuit in March and April.

The Advanced II Skilled Rider courses are only open to those who have already completed HART's Advanced I course, and utilize the extra safety of a closed and fully monitored circuit to teach students even finer levels of motorcycle handling and control.

The full-day course covers everything from correct posture and eye direction to cornering techniques, counter steering and braking. Students can ride their own motorcycle, but HART's CB600 Hornets are also available for hire.

HART's National Manager, Mark Collins, said the Advanced II courses are exceedingly popular, and each course's limited number of places are always quick to go.

"This is without doubt one of the most sought after courses that we offer," he said. "Our instructors work toward fine-tuning each rider's mental and physical skills, as well as correcting any specific deficiencies, through offering advice and practical demonstration. The Advanced II course is for someone who is relatively advanced and wants to take their riding that one step further," he added.

The HART Advanced II Skilled Rider course costs $320 (hire of a CB600 Hornet extra) – for more information or to book yourself a place contact HART, tel (03) 9335 2766, or visit:
